In simple terms, hosting a website is rather

like providing a wall for you to place your

poster on.

Our web servers are the wall,

 on view to all internet users

Your poster is your website

advertising your services to the world at large.

Typically there will be an amount of space

allocated to your account.

( How much wall you have).

Also a bandwidth limit, the amount of data transfer

you are allowed in a month.

( How many viewers see your poster).

With our package you use what you need.

We don't like to say "unlimited", as there is always a limit eventually, so call it adequate!.

Amongst the things that tend to come with hosting

is Email.

Our hosting package has as many email accounts as you need, including auto responders and webmail.

Auto responders are what you get when someone

sends you an email and they get a reply to say you are

out of the office until wednesday.

You know the sort of thing.

Great if they are up to date.

Webmail is using a webpage to read and write email.

This allows you to access your mail box from any

computer anywhere.

( assuming it has internet access).

We have some nice content management systems

Mambo, Joomla, Wordpress and more..

They are websites that can be updated by

someone with very little technical expertise.

Ideal for those who want newsletters or

Sports clubs, Football, Netball etc

so that fixtures and results can be written

each week.

Pubs,Restaurants can change the menus

and list promotions.

Or simply commercial sites that just need

keeping fresh.
